Nicola Woods Art Shipping Policy

Artwork will be packaged safely and delivered by Canada Post with tracking. Email info@nicolawoodsart.com for international shipping costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

After your order is received I will contact you by email to verify that your shipping address is correct.

International orders Additional customs fees and taxes may be applicable. You accept responsibility for tariffs, customs, and all other fees.

Shipping charges vary and are calculated at checkout on on your delivery address, weight and size of the package.

Order Status When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us that will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@nicolawoodsart.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Nicola Woods Art is not responsible if delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address information submitted by the customer or if the package is lost by the carrier.

Shipment processing time Your artwork will be packaged within 5 working days of payment and then shipped. The time for delivery varies, depending on your location and delivery option.

Offered free for orders with $100 minimum charge and within a 20 k radius from Dundas St. West and Keele St.  Delivery time and location will be scheduled by email.

Nicola Woods Art Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@nicolawoodsart.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was shipped. It is important, therefore, to take care when both unpacking and repacking your artwork. You are responsible for return shipping fees

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

  1. Login to our online return portal using your email address and order ID.
  2. Choose the products you wish to return or exchange from your order.
  3. Print the prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email.
  4. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Please allow 7-14 business days for your refund, or store credit to be applied
